Middle Mill offers 204 bedrooms with a friendly, community-focused atmosphere. Situated by the Hogsmill River, it's a short walk from local transport links and the campus facilities.
Ideal for Kingston School of Art students, Middle Mill is just a 15-minute walk from Kingston town centre which features a range of supermarkets and local amenities.

Convenient access to campus
Middle Mill is perfectly located for access to everything you need. You can easily walk to lectures, the library and other campus facilities. Most students either walk or take the free intersite bus service.
Approximate travel times are:
- Knights Park campus: 2-minute walk
- Penrhyn Road campus: 10-minute walk
- Kingston Hill campus: 30 minutes by intersite bus
- Roehampton Vale: 40 minutes by intersite bus
One of my favourite parts of living in halls were the events run by the Res Life accommodation teams. They were a great opportunity to meet people from other flats and make friends.
Make it your own
To make your room feel like home, you'll find the essentials: a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe with a mirror, bookshelves and a notice board.
Shared kitchen spaces are equipped with a fridge, freezer and ovens, and are shared with 4–6 students depending on your flat.
There are also on-site laundry facilities and bike storage, and your rent covers all bills.
