About
Trained as a historian and economist, I have worked at Kingston University since 2002. My teaching has included Business Statistics, Research Methods and Economics. I currently teach the Level 4 Accountant's Business Environment module and Data Analysis for Business at levels 5 and 6.
Most of my research is in the area of history of economic thought. I specialise in the economic thought of France and Britain in the 18th century.
I am a past President of the European Society for the History of Economic Thought (ESHET) see https://eshet.net/ and currently I am the chair of The History of Economic Thought Society The History of Economic Thought Society (thets.org.uk) in the UK.
